There are many things to do and see during your stay from going to see a movie at our drive-in or taking one in at our historic Regent Theatre, visiting our many museums, art galleries, markets and festivals. There is also some great shopping to be had with small boutique shops or enjoying nature by going fishing or cycling. There is something for everyone to do in The County.
Beaches & Provincial Parks
We have several beaches and Provincial Park locations in Prince Edward County. We have
Sandbanks Provincial Park That is well known for its Outlet Beach as well as Dunes beach, the park also has a variety of different walking trails and great programs such as guided hikes, children’s programs and family programs. North Beach Provincial Park is a lovely beach that many people don’t know about, beautiful sand beaches and a quieter experience awaits you.
The last Provincial Park is Lake on the Mountain a spring fed lake that sits on top of a mountain, an amazing phenomena you have to see for yourself. Wellington Breach is the last location, beautiful pebble beach that has a great picnic area and is close to the local boat launch.
