No two of these ball-shaped double blooms are the same, all are various combinations of bright yellow and white. Some are almost solid while others have a very slight Pink blush on the edge of the petals. The flowers are 2-3" in diameter and are held up by bushy 3 foot tall plants.
Dahlia bulbs are planted in the spring around the time of the last spring frost and should be spaced about 18 inches apart. Pinching at 1-2 feet tall will encourage bushier fuller plants with more flowers, flowering begins in August and continues non stop until hard frost.
