6" incredibly dark velvety purple blooms are packed with petals and produced on strong stems, plants are huge easily reaching 5 ' tall and produce tons of flowers
Dahlia bulbs are planted in the spring around the time of the last spring frost and should be spaced about 18 inches apart. Pinching at 1-2 feet tall will encourage bushier fuller plants with more flowers, flowering begins in August and continues non stop until hard frost.
